عام آدمی پارٹی اور بی جے پی کے درمیان کشیدگی میں اضافہ
انڈیا ٹوڈے کی ایک رپورٹ کے مطابق پنجاب کے وزیرِ صنعت سنجیو ارورہ کو انفورسمنٹ ڈائریکٹوریٹ (ED) نے ہفتہ کے روز ایک نئے منی لانڈرنگ مقدمے کی تحقیقات کے سلسلے میں گرفتار کر لیا۔ ای ڈی نے ان کی رہائش گاہ اور ان سے مبینہ طور پر وابستہ مقامات پر تازہ چھاپے بھی مارے۔
یہ گزشتہ ایک ماہ کے دوران سنجیو اروڑا کے خلاف ای ڈی کی دوسری بڑی کارروائی ہے، جس کے بعد پنجاب کی Aam Aadmi Party حکومت اور مرکز کی Bharatiya Janata Party قیادت کے درمیان سیاسی تناؤ مزید شدت اختیار کر گیا ہے۔
عام آدمی پارٹی کے سربراہ Arvind Kejriwal نے اس کارروائی پر سخت ردعمل ظاہر کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ پنجاب کے ہر گھر میں ای ڈی کے چھاپوں کی بات ہو رہی ہے اور لوگ، حتیٰ کہ بی جے پی کے کارکنان بھی، مرکز کے رویّے سے ناراض ہیں۔
کجریوال نے کہا:
“جنہیں آپ گرفتار کرتے ہیں وہ چند دنوں میں جیل سے باہر آ جائیں گے، لیکن بی جے پی اگلے بیس برس تک پنجاب میں داخل نہیں ہو سکے گی۔”
سیاسی مبصرین کے مطابق یہ کارروائی ایسے وقت میں سامنے آئی ہے جب پنجاب میں 2027 کے اسمبلی انتخابات کی تیاریوں کا ماحول بننا شروع ہو چکا ہے، اور اپوزیشن جماعتیں مرکزی ایجنسیوں کے استعمال کو سیاسی دباؤ کے طور پر پیش کر رہی ہیں۔

According to a report by India Today, Punjab Industries Minister Sanjeev Arora was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Saturday in connection with a newly registered money laundering investigation. The agency also carried out fresh raids at his residence and other premises allegedly linked to him.
This marks the second ED action against Arora within a month, escalating the political confrontation between the Punjab government led by the Aam Aadmi Party and the BJP-led Centre.
AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal sharply criticised the move, claiming that discussions about the ED raids had reached “every household” in Punjab and that even BJP workers were unhappy with the Centre’s approach toward the state.
Kejriwal remarked:
“Those you arrest may come out of jail in a few days, but the BJP will not be able to enter Punjab for the next twenty years.”
Political observers believe the development has intensified the atmosphere ahead of the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections, with opposition parties alleging the misuse of central agencies for political pressure.
