Tamil Nadu میں حکومت سازی کا بحران مزید شدت اختیار کر گیا ہے، جہاں فلمی دنیا سے سیاست میں قدم رکھنے والے Vijay اپنی جماعت “تملگا ویتری کڑگم” (TVK) کو اقتدار تک پہنچانے کے لئے مسلسل سیاسی رابطوں اور مذاکرات میں مصروف ہیں۔ اسمبلی کے 234 رکنی ایوان میں حکومت بنانے کے لئے 118 ارکان کی حمایت درکار ہے، جبکہ موجودہ صورت حال میں ٹی وی کے کیمپ کے پاس 117 ارکان کی حمایت بتائی جا رہی ہے۔

ٹی وی کے نے انتخابات میں 108 نشستیں حاصل کر کے سب سے بڑی جماعت کے طور پر ابھرنے میں کامیابی حاصل کی، جبکہ کانگریس، سی پی آئی اور سی پی آئی (ایم) کی حمایت کے بعد بھی اکثریت کا ہندسہ ابھی ایک نشست دور کھڑا ہے۔ تمام نظریں اب Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (وی سی کے) پر مرکوز ہیں، جس کے دو ارکان اسمبلی اس پورے سیاسی منظرنامے کا رخ بدل سکتے ہیں۔

Thol Thirumavalavan کی جماعت کی جانب سے ابھی تک باضابطہ اعلان سامنے نہیں آیا، مگر سیاسی حلقوں میں یہ تاثر مضبوط ہو رہا ہے کہ وی سی کے کی حمایت تمل ناڈو کی اگلی حکومت کا فیصلہ کر سکتی ہے۔ دوسری طرف بائیں بازو کی جماعتوں نے کھل کر ٹی وی کے کی حمایت کا اعلان کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ وہ ریاست میں طویل سیاسی بے یقینی یا صدارتی راج کی راہ ہموار نہیں ہونے دینا چاہتے۔

ادھر کانگریس نے نہ صرف حمایت دی ہے بلکہ ممکنہ حکومت میں شمولیت کی خواہش بھی ظاہر کی ہے۔ اطلاعات کے مطابق وزارتوں اور راجیہ سبھا نشست پر مذاکرات جاری ہیں، جس سے سیاسی سودے بازی کے امکانات مزید نمایاں ہو گئے ہیں۔

اسی دوران اے آئی اے ڈی ایم کے اور ڈی ایم کے کے رہنماؤں نے ایک دوسرے پر “ہارس ٹریڈنگ” اور سیاسی دباؤ کے الزامات عائد کئے ہیں۔ بعض اراکین اسمبلی کو ریزورٹس میں منتقل کئے جانے کی خبریں بھی گردش کر رہی ہیں، جس نے پورے بحران کو مزید ڈرامائی رنگ دے دیا ہے۔

گورنر Rajendra Arlekar کی جانب سے اب تک حکومت سازی کی دعوت نہ دیے جانے پر آئینی ماہرین اور اپوزیشن حلقوں نے سوالات اٹھائے ہیں۔ کئی قانونی ماہرین کا کہنا ہے کہ سب سے بڑی جماعت کو ایوان میں اکثریت ثابت کرنے کا موقع دینا جمہوری روایت کا حصہ ہے، جبکہ بعض رہنماؤں نے الزام لگایا کہ گورنر مرکز کے اشاروں پر کام کر رہے ہیں۔

تمل ناڈو اس وقت ایک غیر یقینی سیاسی دوراہے پر کھڑا ہے، جہاں صرف ایک یا دو اراکین کی حمایت ریاست کے سیاسی مستقبل کا تعین کر سکتی ہے۔ عوام بے چینی سے اس لمحے کے منتظر ہیں جب یہ طویل سیاسی معمہ کسی واضح انجام تک پہنچے گا۔

Tamil Nadu’s Battle for Power

Political uncertainty in Tamil Nadu has deepened as actor-turned-politician Vijay intensifies efforts to secure enough support for forming the next government. His party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), emerged as the single-largest force in the Assembly elections, yet still remains narrowly short of the majority required to assume power.

In the 234-member Assembly, 118 legislators are needed to form a government. At present, the Vijay-led bloc is believed to command the support of 117 MLAs, leaving the political equation delicately balanced on a single seat.

TVK won 108 seats independently and later received support from the Congress, the Communist Party of India, and the Communist Party of India (Marxist). Attention has now shifted to the Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK), whose two legislators may ultimately decide the fate of the State’s next government.

The role of Thol Thirumavalavan has therefore become central to the unfolding political drama. Although no formal announcement has yet been made, growing speculation suggests that VCK support could push the TVK alliance comfortably beyond the majority mark.

Left parties have openly backed Vijay, arguing that prolonged uncertainty could pave the way for constitutional instability or even President’s Rule. Meanwhile, the Congress has indicated interest not merely in extending support but also in participating in government, with negotiations reportedly underway regarding ministerial positions and parliamentary representation.

The political atmosphere has grown increasingly tense, with rival parties accusing each other of “horse-trading” and attempting to lure legislators. Reports of MLAs being moved to resorts and secure locations have added further intrigue to the high-stakes power struggle.

Questions are also being raised over Governor Rajendra Arlekar not yet inviting TVK to form the government. Several constitutional experts have argued that democratic convention requires the single-largest party to be given an opportunity to prove its majority on the Assembly floor rather than outside it.

Tamil Nadu now stands at a moment of extraordinary political suspense, where the support of just one or two legislators may determine the direction of the State’s future government.
