CHENNAI: At least 13 people were injured after a private bus crashed into the median in Tindivanam in Villupuram district during the early hours of Saturday.
The injured passengers were rushed to nearby hospitals for treatment. Police arrived at the scene soon after the incident and have begun an investigation.
Preliminary information suggests that speed may have been a factor, though the exact reason is yet to be confirmed.
