آبنائے ہرمز: ایران سے فوری طور پر بندش اٹھانے کا مطالبہ
دنیا کے نقشے پر ایک بار پھر وہ مقام نمایاں ہو اٹھا ہے جہاں سمندر محض پانی نہیں، بلکہ عالمی معیشت کی شہ رگ بن جاتا ہے—آبنائے ہرمز۔ یورپ کی بڑی طاقتوں، جاپان اور کینیڈا نے ایک مشترکہ اعلامیہ جاری کرتے ہوئے اس اہم آبی گزرگاہ کی بندش اور اس پر بڑھتی کشیدگی پر گہری تشویش کا اظہار کیا ہے۔
اس اعلامیے میں ایران کی جانب سے تجارتی جہازوں اور توانائی کے بنیادی ڈھانچوں پر حملوں کی سخت مذمت کی گئی ہے۔ عالمی برادری نے واضح کیا ہے کہ سمندری راستوں کی آزادی محض ایک اصول نہیں بلکہ انسانیت کے مشترکہ مفاد کا ضامن ہے۔ جب یہ راستے بند ہوتے ہیں تو صرف جہاز نہیں رکتے، بلکہ دنیا کے غریب ترین انسانوں کی امیدیں بھی ٹھہر جاتی ہیں۔
اعلامیے میں ایران سے مطالبہ کیا گیا ہے کہ وہ فوری طور پر اپنی کارروائیاں بند کرے، بارودی سرنگوں کی تنصیب، ڈرون اور میزائل حملوں کو روکے، اور بین الاقوامی قوانین، خصوصاً اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں کی پاسداری کرے۔
عالمی طاقتوں نے اس بات کا عندیہ بھی دیا ہے کہ وہ آبنائے ہرمز میں محفوظ آمد و رفت کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے مشترکہ اقدامات میں حصہ لینے کو تیار ہیں۔ توانائی کی منڈیوں کو مستحکم رکھنے کے لیے اسٹریٹیجک ذخائر کے استعمال اور پیداوار میں اضافے جیسے اقدامات پر بھی غور کیا جا رہا ہے۔
یہ محض ایک جغرافیائی تنازع نہیں، بلکہ ایک اخلاقی سوال بھی ہے:

Once again, the world’s attention turns to a narrow stretch of water that carries the weight of global survival—the Strait of Hormuz. In a joint statement, leading European nations along with Japan and Canada have voiced deep concern over rising tensions and the effective disruption of this vital maritime passage.
The statement strongly condemns recent attacks attributed to Iran on commercial vessels and critical energy infrastructure. It underscores a fundamental truth: freedom of navigation is not merely a legal principle—it is the lifeline of global humanity. When these sea lanes are threatened, it is not just trade that suffers, but the fragile hopes of millions, especially the most vulnerable.
The nations have called upon Iran to immediately cease its actions, including the laying of mines and missile or drone attacks, and to adhere to international law and United Nations Security Council resolutions.
