اتر پردیش: مظفر نگر میں کباڑ سے لدی پک اپ لوٹنے اور 50 لاکھ روپے تاوان مانگنے والے گینگ کا انکشاف، ہندو رکشا دل کا ضلعی صدر نامزد

اتر پردیش کے ضلع مظفر نگر میں پولیس نے 24 گھنٹوں کے اندر کباڑ سے لدی ایک پک اپ گاڑی لوٹنے اور ایک تاجر سے فلمی انداز میں تاوان وصول کرنے والے گینگ کا پردہ فاش کرنے کا دعویٰ کیا ہے۔ پولیس کے مطابق اس مقدمے میں نامزد ملزم ہیمانت ہندو رکشا دل کا نوجوان ضلعی صدر ہے۔

پولیس کے مطابق 21 جولائی کی صبح دیہرادون سے دہلی جانے والی کباڑ سے لدی پک اپ کو مظفر نگر ہائی وے پر بدری کٹ کے قریب چند مسلح افراد نے روک لیا۔ ملزمان نے ڈرائیور اور کنڈکٹر کو یرغمال بنا کر گاڑی اپنے قبضے میں لے لی اور انہیں ایک سنسان مقام پر منتقل کر دیا۔

تحقیقات کے مطابق ملزمان نے گاڑی کے مالک سے موبائل فون پر رابطہ کرایا اور 50 لاکھ روپے تاوان کا مطالبہ کیا۔ بعد ازاں مذاکرات کے بعد 9 لاکھ روپے وصول کرنے کے بعد پک اپ گاڑی کو چھوڑ دیا گیا۔

پولیس نے کارروائی کرتے ہوئے ایک ملزم کو گرفتار کر لیا ہے، جبکہ گینگ کے سرغنہ سمیت چھ سے زائد ملزمان اب بھی مفرور ہیں۔ پولیس کا کہنا ہے کہ فرار ملزمان کی گرفتاری کے لیے مختلف مقامات پر چھاپے مارے جا رہے ہیں۔

Uttar Pradesh: Police Bust Gang Behind Scrap Pickup Robbery and ₹50 Lakh Extortion Demand in Muzaffarnagar

Police in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar have claimed to have cracked, within 24 hours, a gang involved in looting a pickup truck loaded with scrap and extorting money from a businessman in a filmi-style operation. The prime accused has been identified as Hemant, the district president of the Hindu Raksha Dal.

According to the police, on the morning of July 21, the pickup truck carrying scrap from Dehradun to Delhi was intercepted near Badri Cut on the Muzaffarnagar Highway. The assailants allegedly held the driver and conductor hostage, seized the vehicle, and took them to an isolated location.

Police said the accused forced the vehicle owner to speak to them over the phone and demanded a ransom of ₹50 lakh. Following negotiations, the vehicle was reportedly released after the gang collected ₹9 lakh.

One accused has been arrested, while more than six others, including the alleged gang leader, remain absconding. Police said raids are underway at multiple locations to apprehend the remaining suspects.
