مرکزی حکومت نے سی جے پی سے مذاکرات کے لیے رابطہ کیا، جے پی نڈا سے ملاقات متوقع

نئی دہلی، 20 جولائی: سونم وانگچک کی حمایت میں جاری احتجاج اور پارلیمنٹ مارچ کے پس منظر میں مرکزی حکومت نے کاکروچ جنتا پارٹی (سی جے پی) سے مذاکرات کے لیے رابطہ کیا ہے۔ اطلاعات کے مطابق حکومت کی جانب سے نئی دہلی پولیس کے ذریعے بات چیت کا آغاز کیا گیا، جبکہ سی جے پی کے نمائندے سوربھ داس اور آشوتوش رانکا آج مرکزی وزیرِ صحت جے پی نڈا سے ملاقات کرنے والے ہیں۔

ذرائع کے مطابق حکومت نے ابتدائی طور پر ضلعی مجسٹریٹ، بعد ازاں مرکزی حکومت کے ایک سیکریٹری اور پھر وزیرِ مملکت کی سطح پر مذاکرات کی پیش کش کی، تاہم سی جے پی نے یہ تجاویز مسترد کرتے ہوئے مطالبہ کیا کہ بات چیت وزیرِ اعظم یا کسی کابینہ کے وزیر کے ساتھ ہونی چاہیے۔

سی جے پی کے ترجمان سوربھ داس نے سماجی رابطے کی ویب سائٹ ایکس پر بتایا کہ حکومت نے صبح مذاکرات کے لیے رابطہ کیا اور اب ان کی جے پی نڈا سے ملاقات طے ہوئی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پارٹی اپنے مطالبات پر قائم ہے اور نوجوانوں کی بڑی تعداد احتجاج میں شریک ہے۔

یہ پیش رفت ایسے وقت میں سامنے آئی ہے جب پارلیمنٹ کے مانسون اجلاس کے پہلے روز سی جے پی نے پارلیمنٹ مارچ کا اعلان کیا ہے، جبکہ سونم وانگچک کی بھوک ہڑتال اور ان کی اسپتال منتقلی کے بعد احتجاج مزید شدت اختیار کر گیا ہے۔

Centre Initiates Dialogue with CJP; Meeting with J.P. Nadda Expected

New Delhi, July 20: Amid the ongoing protests in support of Sonam Wangchuk and the planned Parliament march, the Union Government has initiated contact with the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) for talks. According to reports, discussions were facilitated through the Delhi Police, and CJP representatives Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka are expected to meet Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda.

Sources said the government initially proposed talks with the District Magistrate, followed by a Union Government Secretary and later a Minister of State. However, the CJP reportedly declined these offers, insisting that discussions should take place either with the Prime Minister or a Cabinet Minister.

CJP spokesperson Saurav Das said on X that the government had reached out earlier in the day and that a meeting with J.P. Nadda had been scheduled. He reiterated that the party remains firm on its demands and that large numbers of young supporters have joined the protest.

The development comes on the opening day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament, as the CJP proceeds with its planned march toward Parliament following the intensified nationwide protests triggered by Sonam Wangchuk’s removal to a hospital during his hunger strike.
