دلت تنظیموں کا احتجاج، پرینک کھرگے کے خلاف بی جے پی رہنماؤں کے بیانات کی مذمت

کلبرگی، 25 جون: کرناٹک کے شہر کلبرگی میں مختلف دلت تنظیموں اور دلت سنگھٹنیگالا سمنوایا سمیتی کے ارکان نے ریاستی وزیر پرینک کھرگے کے خلاف بعض بی جے پی رہنماؤں کے بیانات کی مذمت کرتے ہوئے احتجاجی مظاہرہ کیا۔

مظاہرین نے ڈپٹی کمشنر کے دفتر کے سامنے جمع ہو کر انسانی زنجیر بنائی اور کہا کہ وزیر کی جانب سے راشٹریہ سویم سیوک سنگھ (آر ایس ایس) کے قانونی اور تنظیمی ڈھانچے سے متعلق اٹھائے گئے سوالات کا جواب دینے کے بجائے بعض سیاسی رہنما ذاتی حملوں اور دھمکی آمیز زبان کا سہارا لے رہے ہیں، جو جمہوری اقدار اور اظہارِ رائے کی آزادی کے منافی ہے۔

احتجاج میں شریک تنظیموں نے کہا کہ آر ایس ایس کے اندراج، اس کے آئینی و قانونی موقف اور تنظیمی شفافیت سے متعلق سوالات عوامی مفاد اور جوابدہی کے اصول کے تحت اٹھائے گئے ہیں، انہیں کسی فردِ واحد کے خلاف مہم قرار نہیں دیا جا سکتا۔

مظاہرین نے ریاستی حکومت سے مطالبہ کیا کہ اشتعال انگیز اور توہین آمیز بیانات کا سنجیدگی سے نوٹس لیا جائے، آئینی اقدار اور سماجی ہم آہنگی کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنایا جائے، اور تنظیموں کی قانونی حیثیت و شفافیت کے حوالے سے مناسب اقدامات کیے جائیں۔

احتجاج کے دوران شرکاء نے مختلف مطالبات پر مبنی پلے کارڈ اٹھائے اور وزیر اعلیٰ کے نام ایک یادداشت بھی ضلعی انتظامیہ کے ذریعے روانہ کی۔

جمہوری معاشروں میں اختلافِ رائے کا احترام، سوال اٹھانے کا حق اور دلیل کے ذریعے جواب دینا ہی آئینی روایت کا تقاضا ہے۔ سیاسی اختلاف کو ذاتی حملوں یا دھمکی آمیز بیانات میں تبدیل کرنا نہ صرف جمہوری ماحول کو متاثر کرتا ہے بلکہ عوامی اعتماد کو بھی مجروح کرتا ہے۔ آئینِ ہند تمام شہریوں کو اظہارِ رائے اور پُرامن احتجاج کا حق دیتا ہے، جس کا احترام ہر فریق پر یکساں طور پر لازم ہے۔

Dalit Organisations Protest, Condemn BJP Leaders’ Remarks Against Priyank Kharge

Kalaburagi, June 25: Several Dalit organisations, led by the Dalit Sanghatanegala Samanvaya Samiti, staged a protest outside the Deputy Commissioner’s office in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, condemning remarks made by certain BJP leaders against State Minister Priyank Kharge.

The protesters alleged that instead of responding to the questions raised by Mr. Kharge regarding the legal status and organisational functioning of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), some political leaders had resorted to personal criticism and threatening statements. They argued that such responses undermine democratic values and the constitutional right to freedom of expression.

The organisations maintained that the questions concerning the registration, legal standing and transparency of the RSS were raised in the larger public interest and should be addressed through democratic dialogue rather than personal attacks.

The demonstrators urged the State government to take serious note of inflammatory statements, safeguard constitutional values, and ensure transparency and accountability within public institutions and organisations. A memorandum addressed to the Chief Minister was submitted through the district administration.
