نوجوانوں کے خواب اور امتحانوں کا بحران

نئی دہلی، 13 جون 2026:
ملک کے نوجوانوں تک براہِ راست رسائی حاصل کرنے اور امتحانی بے ضابطگیوں، پرچہ لیک ہونے کے واقعات اور بڑھتی ہوئی بے روزگاری کے خلاف آواز بلند کرنے کے لیے کانگریس پارٹی نے ملک گیر مہم کا آغاز کرنے کا اعلان کیا ہے۔

پارٹی کے مطابق اس مہم کی قیادت قائدِ حزبِ اختلاف Rahul Gandhi کریں گے۔ اس سلسلے کی پہلی طلبہ کانفرنس 17 جون کو راجستھان کے Kota میں منعقد ہوگی، جس کے بعد 10 جولائی کو Prayagraj، 11 جولائی کو Patna اور 14 جولائی کو Delhi میں پروگرام منعقد کیے جائیں گے۔

کانگریس کے جنرل سکریٹری K. C. Venugopal نے کہا کہ اس مہم کا مقصد پرچہ لیک، امتحانی بدانتظامی، بے روزگاری اور طلبہ و ملازمت کے خواہش مند نوجوانوں کے حقوق کے تحفظ میں حکومت کی ناکامی جیسے مسائل کو اجاگر کرنا ہے۔

مہم کے اہم مطالبات میں NEET امتحان کو مرکزیت سے نکال کر ریاستی سطح پر زیادہ اختیارات دینا، امتحانی فیسوں کا خاتمہ، پرچہ لیک مافیا کے خلاف سخت کارروائی، اور امتحانی بے ضابطگیوں کے ذمہ دار افراد کا احتساب شامل ہیں۔

کانگریس نے ایک بار پھر مرکزی وزیرِ تعلیم Dharmendra Pradhan سے استعفے کا مطالبہ بھی دہرایا ہے۔ پارٹی کا مؤقف ہے کہ لاکھوں نوجوانوں کے مستقبل کو مسلسل امتحانی تنازعات، بھرتیوں میں تاخیر اور روزگار کے محدود مواقع خطرے میں ڈال رہے ہیں۔

اس مہم کے تحت ملک بھر کے تعلیمی اداروں، کوچنگ مراکز اور جامعات میں طلبہ سے ملاقاتیں، عوامی مباحثے، سوشل میڈیا مہمات اور براہِ راست رابطے کی سرگرمیاں انجام دی جائیں گی۔ کانگریس کا کہنا ہے کہ یہ تحریک سیاسی وابستگیوں سے بالاتر ہو کر ان تمام نوجوانوں کی آواز بننے کی کوشش کرے گی جو امتحانی بے ضابطگیوں سے متاثر ہوئے ہیں۔

The Congress party has announced a nationwide outreach campaign aimed at engaging with young people and highlighting concerns over examination irregularities, paper leaks, and rising unemployment.

The campaign will be led by Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi. The first student convention is scheduled to be held in Kota on June 17, followed by programmes in Prayagraj on July 10, Patna on July 11, and Delhi on July 14.

Congress General Secretary K. C. Venugopal said the initiative seeks to draw attention to recurring paper leaks, examination mismanagement, unemployment, and what the party describes as the government’s failure to protect the interests of students and job aspirants.

Key demands of the campaign include the decentralisation of the NEET examination process, abolition of examination fees, strict action against paper leak networks, and greater accountability for examination-related failures.

The party has also renewed its demand for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, arguing that repeated controversies surrounding examinations have undermined public confidence and placed the futures of millions of young Indians at risk.

The outreach programme will involve campus visits, interactions at coaching centres and universities, social media campaigns, public discussions, and direct engagement with students across the country. According to the party, the movement aims to provide a platform for students affected by examination irregularities, regardless of their political affiliations.
