کرناٹک کا سنسنی خیز موڑ: کیا سدارامیا دہلی کی راجیہ سبھا پیشکش کے آگے جھک جائیں گے؟

کرناٹک کا سیاسی سسپنس برقرار ہے. واضح رہے کہ 2023 کے انتخابات میں کانگریس کی جیت کے بعد وزیرِ اعلی کی کرسی کے دو دعویدار تھے. سدا رامیا اور شیوکمار. تاہم ایک معاہدے کے تحت سدا رامیا کو نصف مدت کے لئے  وزیرِ اعلی بنا دیا گیا تھا. یہ نصف مدت ختم ہوچکی ہے لیکن سدا رامیا نے اپنا استعفی نہیں دیا. اب شیو کمار کا دھڑا انہیں معاہدے کے مطابق بقیہ مدت کے لئے وزیر اعلی بنانے کا مطالبہ کر رہا ہے. ان حالات میں  اکانگریس کے سینئر لیڈر  کے سی وینوگوپال، کانگرس جنرل  سکریٹری (تنظیم) قیادت کی تبدیلی کے معاملے میں ایک درمیانی حل کے لئے کوشاں ہیں. یہ افواہیں گردش میں ہیں کہ سدا رامیا کو راجیہ سبھا کی سیٹ دی جائے اور شیو کمار کو وزیرِ اعلی بنا دیا جائے.

اس اقدام سے ایک بار پھر "پاور شیئرنگ” یا باری باری وزیر اعلیٰ بننے کے اس مبینہ معاہدے کی بحث تیز ہو گئی ہے، جس کا شیوکمار کا دھڑا 2023 کے اسمبلی انتخابات میں کانگریس کی جیت کے بعد سے دعویٰ کرتا آ رہا ہے۔

موجودہ تعطیل اور 28 مئی کا متوقع فیصلہ

فی الحال، سدارامیا نے اس تجویز کو تسلیم نہیں کیا ہے۔ دہلی میں ہونے والی ملاقاتوں کے بعد، انہوں نے فوری طور پر اپنے وفادار وزراء اور قریبی رہنماؤں کے ساتھ نجی رہائش گاہوں پر حکمت عملی طے کرنے کے لیے بیٹھکیں کی ہیں۔ چونکہ سدارامیا ایک طاقتور او بی سی (OBC) لیڈر ہیں اور انہیں پسماندہ طبقات، اقلیتوں اور دلتوں کی وسیع حمایت حاصل ہے، اس لیے ہائی کمان ان کی مرضی کے بغیر ان پر زبردستی دباؤ نہیں ڈال سکتی۔ ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ وزیر اعلیٰ 28 مئی کو اپنا آخری فیصلہ سنا سکتے ہیں۔

پارٹی کا با ضابطه موقف: "صرف افواہیں ہیں”

عوامی طور پر، کانگریس پارٹی اس سیاسی کھینچ تان کی تردید کر رہی ہے اور نقصان کو کنٹرول کرنے کی کوشش میں ہے۔

ریاست کے سینئر رہنماؤں نے بھی میڈیا پر تنقید کرتے ہوئے الزام لگایا ہے کہ اپوزیشن کا "ٹرول آرمی” ریاستی حکومت کو غیر مستحکم کرنے کے لیے جھوٹی خبریں پھیلا رہا ہے۔

خلاصہ: اگرچہ پارٹی کا باضابطہ موقف یہی ہے کہ یہ ملاقاتیں محض آنے والے انتخابات کے لیے امیدواروں کے انتخاب تک محدود تھیں، لیکن پارٹی کے متعدد اندرونی ذرائع اس بات کی تصدیق کر رہے ہیں کہ کرناٹک کی قیادت کو تبدیل کرنے کے لیے پسِ پردہ پورا زور لگایا جا رہا ہے۔ اب گیند پوری طرح سدارامیا کے پالے میں ہے۔

As of now, Siddaramaiah has not accepted the proposal to step aside. Following the Delhi meetings, he immediately huddled with loyalist ministers and close aides at private residences in the national capital to strategize. Because Siddaramaiah is a powerhouse OBC leader with a massive AHINDA (minorities, backward classes, and Dalits) support base, the high command cannot easily force his exit without his explicit consent. Sources close to the CM indicate he is expected to announce his final decision on May 28, 2026.
