آج کا عالمی منظرنامہ ایک نازک موڑ پر کھڑا ہے، جہاں طاقت، مفادات اور نظریات کی کشمکش نے انسانیت کی اصل روح کو پسِ پشت ڈال دیا ہے۔ مشرقِ وسطیٰ سے لے کر یورپ اور ایشیا تک، ہر خطہ کسی نہ کسی بحران کی لپیٹ میں ہے—کہیں جنگ، کہیں اقتصادی پابندیاں، اور کہیں سیاسی عدم استحکام۔
سوال یہ نہیں کہ کون جیت رہا ہے، بلکہ یہ ہے کہ کیا انسانیت ہار رہی ہے؟
عالمی طاقتیں اپنے اپنے مفادات کے تحفظ میں اس قدر مصروف ہیں کہ عام انسان کی زندگی، اس کے خواب اور اس کا مستقبل ثانوی حیثیت اختیار کر چکے ہیں۔ جنگیں صرف سرحدوں کو نہیں بدلتیं، بلکہ نسلوں کی نفسیات، تہذیبوں کے توازن اور امن کے خوابوں کو بھی متاثر کرتی ہیں۔
اس وقت دنیا کو جس چیز کی سب سے زیادہ ضرورت ہے، وہ ہے اخلاقی قیادت—ایسی قیادت جو طاقت کے بجائے انصاف کو، مفاد کے بجائے انسانیت کو، اور وقتی فائدے کے بجائے پائیدار امن کو ترجیح دے۔
میڈیا، دانشوروں اور عام شہریوں کی بھی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ سچائی کی آواز کو بلند کریں اور نفرت کے بیانیے کو چیلنج کریں۔ اگر ہم نے آج خاموشی اختیار کی، تو آنے والی نسلیں ہمیں معاف نہیں کریں گی۔
یہ وقت ہے کہ دنیا اپنے راستے کا تعین کرے—یا تو طاقت کی اندھی دوڑ جاری رہے گی، یا انسانیت کی روشنی ایک نئی راہ دکھائے گی۔
English Editorial: “Power Politics or the Voice of Humanity?”
The world today stands at a delicate crossroads, where the clash of power, interests, and ideologies has overshadowed the very essence of humanity. From the Middle East to Europe and Asia, regions are entangled in crises—wars, economic sanctions, and political instability.
The real question is not who is winning, but whether humanity itself is losing.
Global powers appear so consumed by strategic interests that the lives, dreams, and futures of ordinary people have become secondary. Wars do not merely redraw borders; they reshape generations, disturb cultural balances, and shatter the hopes of peace.
What the world urgently needs today is moral leadership—leadership that prioritizes justice over dominance, humanity over interests, and lasting peace over temporary gains.
The responsibility does not lie solely with governments. Media, intellectuals, and citizens must raise their voices for truth and challenge narratives of hatred. Silence today may become regret tomorrow.
The world must now decide its path—whether to continue the blind race for power or to embrace the guiding light of humanity.
