ایران–امریکہ کشیدگی کے دوران ایک اور اہم پیش رفت سامنے آئی ہے، جہاں ایران کی ایٹمی توانائی تنظیم نے دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ بوشہر جوہری بجلی گھر کے احاطے کو نشانہ بنایا گیا، تاہم کسی قسم کا نقصان نہیں ہوا۔

ایرانی ادارے کے مطابق ایک میزائل یا پروجیکٹائل پاور پلانٹ کے اندر گرا، لیکن ابتدائی رپورٹس کے مطابق نہ کوئی مالی یا تکنیکی نقصان ہوا اور نہ ہی کوئی جانی نقصان سامنے آیا۔ بیان میں امریکہ اور اسرائیل کو اس حملے کا ذمہ دار ٹھہرایا گیا ہے۔

دوسری جانب امریکہ مشرقِ وسطیٰ میں اپنی فوجی موجودگی مزید بڑھانے کی تیاری کر رہا ہے۔ اطلاعات کے مطابق امریکی فوج کی ایلیٹ 82ویں ایئر بورن ڈویژن کے ہزاروں اہلکاروں کو خطے میں تعینات کرنے کا منصوبہ زیر غور ہے۔

ذرائع کے مطابق یہ فوجی شمالی کیرولائنا کے فورٹ بریگ میں تعینات ہیں، تاہم ابھی یہ واضح نہیں کہ انہیں مشرقِ وسطیٰ کے کس مقام پر بھیجا جائے گا۔ حکام کا کہنا ہے کہ فی الحال ایران کے اندر فوج بھیجنے کا کوئی فیصلہ نہیں کیا گیا، مگر خطے میں آئندہ ممکنہ کارروائیوں کے لیے تیاری بڑھائی جا رہی ہے۔

یاد رہے کہ گزشتہ ہفتے بھی ہزاروں امریکی میرینز اور بحریہ کے اہلکاروں کو یو ایس ایس باکسر اور دیگر جنگی جہازوں کے ذریعے خطے میں روانہ کیا گیا تھا۔

ادھر وائٹ ہاؤس نے واضح کیا ہے کہ صدر ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ ایک طرف سفارتی امکانات کا جائزہ لے رہے ہیں، جبکہ دوسری جانب ایران کے خلاف فوجی کارروائیاں بھی بغیر کسی تعطل کے جاری ہیں۔

ترجمان کیرولین لیوٹ کے مطابق “آپریشن ایپک فیوری” اپنے اہداف کے حصول تک جاری رہے گا، چاہے سفارتی راستے تلاش کیے جا رہے ہوں۔

ماہرین کے مطابق یہ صورتحال اس بات کی عکاسی کرتی ہے کہ خطہ بیک وقت جنگ اور مذاکرات کے نازک دور سے گزر رہا ہے، جہاں کسی بھی لمحے حالات مزید سنگین رخ اختیار کر سکتے ہیں۔

Amid rising tensions between Iran and the United States, Iran’s Atomic Energy Organisation has claimed that a strike hit the compound of the Bushehr nuclear power plant, though no damage was reported.

According to the organisation, a projectile landed داخل the facility’s enclosure, but initial assessments confirmed that there was no financial, technical, or human loss. Iran blamed the United States and Israel for the attack.

Meanwhile, the United States is preparing to further expand its military presence in the Middle East. Sources indicate that thousands of troops from the elite 82nd Airborne Division may soon be deployed to the region.

The soldiers, currently stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, are expected to bolster operational readiness, although officials have clarified that no decision has been made to send troops into Iran itself.

This move would add to last week’s deployment of thousands of Marines and sailors aboard the USS Boxer, along with its Marine Expeditionary Unit and accompanying warships.

At the same time, the White House confirmed that President Donald Trump is continuing military operations against Iran while also exploring new diplomatic avenues.

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stated that “Operation Epic Fury” remains ongoing to achieve military objectives, even as diplomatic possibilities are being assessed.

Analysts note that the situation reflects a delicate balance between escalating conflict and cautious diplomacy, leaving the region in a highly volatile state.
