راجیہ سبھا میں ہنگامہ آرائی، رام مندر چندہ معاملے پر کارروائی پورے دن کے لیے ملتوی

نئی دہلی: پارلیمنٹ کے مانسون اجلاس کے دوران جمعہ کو راجیہ سبھا کی کارروائی رام مندر کے مبینہ چندہ خردبرد معاملے اور 20 جولائی کو مظاہرین کے خلاف پولیس کارروائی پر اپوزیشن کے شدید احتجاج کے باعث دن بھر کے لیے ملتوی کر دی گئی۔

اجلاس شروع ہوتے ہی اپوزیشن اراکین اپنی نشستوں سے کھڑے ہوگئے، نعرے بازی کی اور مرکزی وزیر داخلہ امت شاہ سے ایوان میں بیان دینے کا مطالبہ کیا۔ اپوزیشن کا کہنا تھا کہ ایودھیا رام مندر سے متعلق چندے کے مبینہ غلط استعمال، زمین کے حصول میں بے ضابطگیوں اور طلبہ کے خلاف پولیس کارروائی پر حکومت کو جواب دینا چاہیے۔

راجیہ سبھا کے چیئرمین سی۔ پی۔ رادھا کرشنن نے قائدِ حزبِ اختلاف ملکارجن کھرگے کو فوری طور پر بولنے کی اجازت دینے سے ابتدا میں انکار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ کانگریس اب بھی "ایمرجنسی موڈ” میں ہے۔ بعد ازاں انہوں نے کھرگے کو اظہارِ خیال کی اجازت دی، تاہم رول 267 کے تحت کارروائی معطل کرکے اس معاملے پر فوری بحث کرانے کی درخواست مسترد کر دی۔

دوسری جانب مرکزی وزیر شیوراج سنگھ چوہان نے اپوزیشن پر ایوان کے وقار کو مجروح کرنے اور "سڑک چھاپ سیاست” کرنے کا الزام عائد کیا۔ مسلسل شور شرابے اور احتجاج کے باعث راجیہ سبھا کی کارروائی دن بھر کے لیے ملتوی کر دی گئی۔

Rajya Sabha Adjourned Amid Opposition Protests Over Ram Temple Donation Allegations

New Delhi: Proceedings in the Rajya Sabha were adjourned for the day on Friday after Opposition members staged noisy protests over the alleged misappropriation of Ram Temple donation funds and the police action against protesters on July 20.

As soon as the House convened, Opposition MPs raised slogans and demanded that Union Home Minister Amit Shah make a statement on the alleged donation scam and the police crackdown. The Opposition also sought discussion on alleged irregularities in land acquisition related to the Ayodhya Ram Temple and demanded accountability from the government.

Rajya Sabha Chairman C.P. Radhakrishnan initially declined the Congress’s request to allow Leader of the Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge to speak immediately, remarking that the party was still in an "Emergency mode.” He later permitted Kharge to speak but rejected the notice under Rule 267 seeking suspension of the day’s business for an immediate discussion on the issue.

Meanwhile, Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan accused the Opposition of engaging in "street politics” and undermining the dignity of Parliament. Amid continued sloganeering and disruptions, the Chair adjourned the House for the remainder of the day.
