الجزیرہ کی رپورٹ کے مطابق ایران کے مقتول سپریم لیڈر آیت اللہ علی خامنہ ای کی آخری رسومات کے دوسرے روز تہران کی سڑکوں پر لاکھوں افراد جمع ہوئے۔ ایرانی حکام کے مطابق جنازے کے جلوس میں غیر معمولی عوامی شرکت دیکھنے میں آئی، جبکہ مختلف علاقوں میں سکیورٹی کے سخت انتظامات کیے گئے۔

دوسری جانب اسرائیلی فوج نے جنوبی لبنان کے نبطیہ سمیت متعدد علاقوں پر فضائی حملے کیے۔ یہ کارروائیاں ایسے وقت میں ہوئیں جب گزشتہ ماہ امریکہ کی ثالثی میں لبنان اور اسرائیل کے درمیان جنگ بندی کا معاہدہ طے پایا تھا۔

غزہ میں بھی اسرائیلی ڈرون حملوں میں کم از کم دو فلسطینیوں کی ہلاکت کی اطلاع ہے، جبکہ غزہ شہر کے الشفا اسپتال کے باہر شہریوں نے طبی انخلا کے وعدوں پر عمل درآمد کا مطالبہ کرتے ہوئے احتجاج کیا۔

مغربی کنارے میں رام اللہ کے قریب ایک فوجی چوکی پر اسرائیلی رکاوٹ کے باعث چار ماہ کے ایک فلسطینی بچے کی اسپتال منتقلی نہ ہو سکی، جس کے نتیجے میں اس کی موت واقع ہونے کی خبر سامنے آئی۔

الجزیرہ کی لائیو اپ ڈیٹس کے مطابق اسرائیلی وزیر خزانہ بیزلیل سموٹریچ نے مغربی کنارے میں نئی بستیوں کے قیام کو "آبادکاری کا انقلاب” قرار دیا، جبکہ ایک تازہ اسرائیلی سروے میں تقریباً 60 فیصد شہریوں نے ملک میں خانہ جنگی کے حقیقی خطرے کا اظہار کیا ہے۔

ادھر فلسطینی ادارہ "کالونائزیشن اینڈ وال ریزسٹنس کمیشن” کا کہنا ہے کہ 2026 کے پہلے چھ ماہ کے دوران مقبوضہ مغربی کنارے میں اسرائیلی فوج اور آبادکاروں کی جانب سے 11 ہزار سے زائد حملے اور کارروائیاں ریکارڈ کی گئی ہیں۔

According to Al Jazeera, hundreds of thousands, with Iranian authorities estimating the number in the millions, gathered in Tehran for the second day of the funeral procession of Iran’s slain Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Tight security measures remained in place as mourners filled major streets across the capital.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces launched fresh air strikes on Nabatieh in southern Lebanon despite a US-mediated agreement reached last month aimed at ending hostilities between Israel and Lebanon.

In Gaza, Israeli drone strikes reportedly killed at least two Palestinians. Demonstrators also gathered outside Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, urging Israel to honour previously promised medical evacuation arrangements.

In the occupied West Bank, reports said a four-month-old Palestinian infant died after Israeli forces allegedly prevented an emergency medical transfer at a checkpoint near Ramallah.

Al Jazeera also reported that Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich described the government’s settlement expansion policy in the occupied West Bank as a "revolution in settlement.” Separately, a new Israeli public opinion survey found that around 60 percent of respondents believe there is a genuine risk of civil war inside Israel.

The Palestinian Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission stated that Israeli forces and settlers carried out more than 11,000 attacks across the occupied West Bank during the first half of 2026, alongside continued settlement expansion and land seizures.
