مسلمانوں کے حقوق، مذہبی آزادی اور آئینی تحفظات پر جامع حکمتِ عملی کا اعلان

نئی دہلی: آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ کی مجلسِ عاملہ کا ایک اہم اجلاس نئی دہلی میں منعقد ہوا، جس میں ملک میں مسلمانوں کو درپیش مختلف سماجی، مذہبی اور آئینی مسائل پر تفصیلی غور و خوض کیا گیا۔ اجلاس میں مساجد و مدارس کے خلاف کارروائیوں، یونیفارم سول کوڈ (یو سی سی)، وندے ماترم کی لازمی حیثیت سے متعلق مباحث اور دیگر اہم قومی معاملات پر گفتگو کے بعد متعدد اہم فیصلے کیے گئے۔

اجلاس میں یہ فیصلہ بھی کیا گیا کہ ملک کی موجودہ صورتحال اور مسلمانوں کو درپیش مسائل پر ایک جامع دستاویز مرتب کرکے شائع کی جائے گی، تاکہ انصاف پسند اور جمہوری اقدار کے حامی طبقات کو زمینی حقائق سے آگاہ کیا جا سکے۔

مجلسِ عاملہ نے کمال مولی مسجد/بھوج شالہ مقدمے کے سلسلے میں مدھیہ پردیش ہائی کورٹ کے فیصلے پر تشویش ظاہر کرتے ہوئے اعلان کیا کہ آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ سپریم کورٹ میں جاری قانونی کارروائی میں مسجد کمیٹی کی مکمل معاونت کرے گا۔

اجلاس میں وندے ماترم کو لازمی قرار دینے کی کوششوں کی مخالفت کرتے ہوئے کہا گیا کہ اگر اس سلسلے میں کوئی ایسا قانون بنایا جاتا ہے جو شہریوں یا طلبہ پر اس کی پابندی عائد کرے، تو بورڈ اس کے خلاف قانونی چارہ جوئی کا راستہ اختیار کرے گا۔

یونیفارم سول کوڈ کے حوالے سے مجلسِ عاملہ نے مختلف ریاستوں میں اس کے نفاذ کی کوششوں پر اعتراض کرتے ہوئے اسے مذہبی آزادی اور ہندوستان کے کثرت پسند معاشرتی ڈھانچے کے منافی قرار دیا۔ بورڈ نے واضح کیا کہ ایسے قوانین کے خلاف قانونی اور جمہوری جدوجہد جاری رکھی جائے گی۔

اجلاس کے اختتام پر مسلمانوں کے آئینی حقوق، فرقہ وارانہ ہم آہنگی، جمہوری اقدار اور مذہبی آزادی کے تحفظ کے لیے ملک گیر سطح پر ایک منظم عوامی تحریک چلانے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا۔ اس مقصد کے لیے ایک خصوصی مجلسِ عمل بھی تشکیل دی جا رہی ہے جو آئندہ لائحۂ عمل مرتب کرے گی۔

New Delhi: The Executive Committee of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) held an important meeting in New Delhi to deliberate on a range of issues affecting Muslims in the country. Discussions covered actions against mosques and madrasas, the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), attempts to make Vande Mataram compulsory, and other significant national concerns.

The committee expressed serious concern over what it described as a growing communal atmosphere, incidents of mob violence, demolition of mosques and madrasas, bulldozer actions, and alleged violations of fundamental rights.
