ایرانی قیادت کے قتل پر عالمی اضطراب — چین کی آواز امن کے حق میں بلند

بیجنگ سے اٹھنے والی ایک سنجیدہ آواز نے مشرقِ وسطیٰ کی جلتی ہوئی فضا میں امن کی ایک مدھم مگر اہم صدا شامل کر دی ہے۔ چین نے ایران کے قومی سلامتی کے سربراہ علی لاریجانی کی اسرائیلی فضائی حملے میں ہلاکت کو "ناقابلِ قبول” قرار دیتے ہوئے عالمی ضمیر کو جھنجھوڑنے کی کوشش کی ہے۔

چینی وزارتِ خارجہ کے ترجمان لن جیان نے واضح الفاظ میں کہا کہ بین الاقوامی تعلقات میں طاقت کا استعمال ہمیشہ سے قابلِ مذمت رہا ہے، اور ریاستی رہنماؤں کو نشانہ بنانا نہ صرف سیاسی بلکہ اخلاقی حدود کی بھی خلاف ورزی ہے۔

یہ بیان ایسے وقت میں سامنے آیا ہے جب خطے میں ایران، اسرائیل اور امریکہ کے درمیان کشیدگی ایک خطرناک موڑ اختیار کر چکی ہے۔ چین، جو ایک جانب ایران کا شراکت دار ہے، وہیں دوسری جانب خود کو ایک ثالث کے طور پر پیش کرتے ہوئے مسلسل سفارتی کوششوں میں مصروف ہے۔

چین کے خصوصی ایلچی ژائی جون نے حالیہ دنوں میں سعودی عرب، متحدہ عرب امارات، بحرین، کویت اور مصر کے دورے کیے، جہاں انہوں نے ایک واضح پیغام دیا:
"غیر فوجی اہداف کو نشانہ نہ بنایا جائے، اور سمندری راستوں کی سلامتی کو خطرے میں نہ ڈالا جائے۔”

یہ سفارتی سرگرمیاں اس بات کا اشارہ ہیں کہ عالمی طاقتیں اب اس جنگ کے پھیلاؤ سے خوفزدہ ہیں—ایک ایسی جنگ جو اگر بے قابو ہو جائے، تو نہ صرف خطے بلکہ پوری دنیا کو اپنی لپیٹ میں لے سکتی ہے۔

چین نے اس کے ساتھ ساتھ ایران، لبنان، اردن اور عراق کے لیے انسانی امداد کا اعلان بھی کیا ہے، جو اس بات کا مظہر ہے کہ جنگ کے بیچ بھی انسانیت کی شمع بجھنے نہیں دی جا سکتی۔

مگر سوال اب بھی باقی ہے:

کیا عالمی طاقتیں صرف بیانات تک محدود رہیں گی؟
یا واقعی کوئی ایسا قدم اٹھایا جائے گا جو اس آگ کو بجھا سکے؟

"Global Unease Over Targeted Killings — China Raises a Voice for Restraint”

A measured yet significant voice has emerged from Beijing, adding a note of restraint to an increasingly volatile Middle East. China has strongly condemned the killing of Iran’s national security chief, Ali Larijani, in an Israeli airstrike, calling the act “unacceptable” and urging an immediate halt to military escalation.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian stated that the use of force in international relations has always been opposed by China, emphasizing that targeting state leaders and civilian structures crosses both political and moral boundaries.

This statement comes at a time when tensions between Iran, Israel, and the United States have reached a critical juncture. While China maintains strategic ties with Iran, it has also positioned itself as a mediator, actively engaging in diplomatic efforts to prevent further escalation.

China’s special envoy to West Asia, Zhai Jun, has recently toured key regional nations including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Egypt. His message was clear and consistent:
Non-military targets must not be attacked, and the safety of vital shipping routes must be preserved.

These diplomatic initiatives reflect a growing global concern—that the conflict, if left unchecked, could spiral beyond regional boundaries and destabilize the international order.

In addition, China has announced humanitarian assistance for Iran, Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq, underscoring that even amidst conflict, the call of humanity must endure.

Yet, a pressing question lingers:

Will the world remain confined to statements and condemnations,
or will it act decisively to prevent the flames of war from consuming more lives?
