سمندر بظاہر خاموش ہے۔ لہریں اپنی ازلی تال میں آگے پیچھے ہو رہی ہیں، افق پر سورج ڈوب رہا ہے، اور پانی کی سطح پر سکون کا ایک فریب سا پھیلا ہوا ہے۔ مگر اس خاموشی کے نیچے، گہرائیوں میں، جنگ کی دھڑکن سنائی دے رہی ہے۔ آبدوزیں، جو آواز سے زیادہ خاموشی میں بولتی ہیں، ایک بار پھر تاریخ کے حساس موڑ پر حرکت میں ہیں۔
ایران اور امریکہ کے درمیان بڑھتی ہوئی کشیدگی نے سمندر کو بھی سیاست کا میدان بنا دیا ہے۔ ایرانی جنگی آبدوزوں کی تعیناتی محض ایک عسکری خبر نہیں، بلکہ یہ اس عہد کی علامت ہے جہاں طاقت اب گرجتی نہیں، چھپ کر سانس لیتی ہے۔ جہاں فیصلے ایوانوں میں کم اور ریڈار اسکرینوں پر زیادہ ہوتے ہیں۔
آبنائے ہرمز—جہاں سے دنیا کی معیشت کی سانسیں گزرتی ہیں—اب صرف ایک آبی راستہ نہیں رہا، بلکہ ایک سوال بن چکا ہے:
اگر خاموشی ٹوٹ گئی تو اس کی قیمت کون ادا کرے گا؟
جنگ آج اعلان کے ساتھ نہیں آتی۔ وہ پہلے خاموشی اختیار کرتی ہے، پھر تیاری، پھر محض ایک غلط اندازہ… اور اس کے بعد تاریخ لاشیں گننے لگتی ہے۔ آبدوزوں کی تعیناتی اس بات کی یاد دہانی ہے کہ طاقت کا توازن اب نظر آنے والی فوجوں سے نہیں، نظر نہ آنے والے ہتھیاروں سے طے ہوتا ہے۔
الف نیوز یہ سمجھتا ہے کہ یہ لمحہ صرف ایران یا امریکہ کا نہیں، بلکہ پوری انسانیت کا امتحان ہے۔ کیونکہ جب سمندر کے نیچے ہتھیار حرکت میں ہوں، تو زمین کے اوپر امن سب سے زیادہ غیر محفوظ ہو جاتا ہے۔
شاید ابھی وقت ہے کہ شور مچانے سے پہلے خاموشی کو سنا جائے۔
کیونکہ تاریخ گواہ ہے:
جب سمندر کی خاموشی ٹوٹتی ہے، تو جنگ کا شور نسلوں تک گونجتا ہے۔

The Silence of the Sea and the Noise of War
The sea appears calm. Waves move in their ancient rhythm, the sun sinks beyond the horizon, and a deceptive stillness spreads across the water’s surface. The deployment of Iranian war submarines is not merely a military development; it is a symbol of our time—an age in which power no longer roars, but breathes quietly beneath the surface.
