وینزویلا پر امریکہ کی یکطرفہ کارروائی کی مذمت

گرانڈ مفتی آف انڈیا شیخ ابوبکر احمد نے وینزویلا کے خلاف امریکہ کی جانب سے کی گئی یکطرفہ جارحانہ کارروائی کی سخت مذمت کرتے ہوئے اسے مکمل طور پر ناقابلِ قبول اور بین الاقوامی قانون و انصاف کے بنیادی اصولوں کے منافی قرار دیا ہے۔
مفتی اعظم نے اپنے ایک بیان میں کہا کہ عالمی برادری اس طرح کی کارروائیوں پر خاموش تماشائی نہیں بن سکتی۔ انہوں نے زور دیا کہ ایسے اقدامات، جو کسی ملک کی خودمختاری اور اس کے عوام کی بھلائی کی قیمت پر کیے جائیں، ناقابلِ دفاع ہیں اور عالمی امن کے لیے سنگین خطرہ ثابت ہوتے ہیں۔
ہندوستان کے مفتی اعظم نے کہا کہ ہندوستان ایک ذمہ دار عالمی جمہوریت ہونے کے ناطے بین الاقوامی قانون اور پرامن بقائے باہمی کے اصولوں کا پابند ہے، اور اسے ایسی ناانصافیوں کے خلاف آواز اٹھانی چاہیے، بلکہ یکطرفہ جارحیت کے خلاف عالمی سطح پر احتجاج کی قیادت کرنی چاہیے۔
انہوں نے عالمی رہنماؤں پر زور دیا کہ وہ یکطرفہ مداخلتوں کے خلاف اصولی اور فعال موقف اختیار کریں۔ اس طرح کے اقدامات کے طویل مدتی نتائج سے خبردار کرتے ہوئے مفتی اعظم نے کہا کہ خودمختار ممالک پر یکطرفہ حملے ریاستی خودمختاری کے تصور کو شدید نقصان پہنچاتے ہیں اور قوانین پر مبنی بین الاقوامی نظام کو کمزور کرنے کا سبب بنتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ آج وینزویلا نشانہ ہے، لیکن کل کوئی بھی وہ قوم جو ایسے دباؤ کے سامنے سرِ تسلیم خم کرنے سے انکار کرے، اسی طرح کی صورتحال سے دوچار ہو سکتی ہے۔ اس نازک موڑ پر مفتی اعظم نے عالمی برادری سے اپیل کی کہ وہ جارحیت اور ناانصافی کا سامنا کرنے والے تمام اقوام کے ساتھ یکجہتی کے ساتھ کھڑی ہو۔
انہوں نے سیاسی اور جغرافیائی سرحدوں سے بالاتر ہو کر اتحاد کی ضرورت پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ عالمی سطح پر امن، انصاف اور انسانی وقار کی اقدار کا تحفظ ناگزیر ہے۔

The Grand Mufti of India, Sheikh Abubakr Ahmad, has strongly condemned the unilateral aggressive action carried out by the United States against Venezuela, describing it as completely unacceptable and in violation of international law and the principles of justice.
In a statement, the Grand Mufti said that the global community cannot remain a silent spectator to such actions. He emphasized that measures taken at the cost of a nation’s sovereignty and the welfare of its people are indefensible and pose a serious threat to global peace.
He stated that India, as a responsible global democracy committed to international law and peaceful coexistence, must raise its voice against such injustices and should lead international protests against unilateral aggression.
He urged world leaders to adopt a principled and proactive stance against unilateral interventions. Warning of the long-term consequences of such practices, the Grand Mufti said that unilateral attacks on sovereign nations fundamentally undermine the very concept of state sovereignty and threaten to dismantle the rules-based international order.
He cautioned that today it is Venezuela, but tomorrow any nation that refuses to bow to such pressure could face a similar fate. At this critical juncture, the Grand Mufti appealed to the international community to stand in solidarity with all those facing aggression and injustice.
He stressed the need for unity beyond political and geographical boundaries and called for the preservation of the universal values of peace, justice, and human dignity.
