کیا آر ایس ایس ایک ایسی تنظیم ہے جس سے لوگ خوفزدہ رہتے ہیں؟

بنگلورو: کرناٹک کے وزیرِ داخلہ اور سینئر کانگریس رہنما Priyank Kharge نے بھارتیہ جنتا پارٹی (بی جے پی) کے رکنِ پارلیمان Ramesh Jigajinagi کے ایک بیان پر سخت ردِ عمل ظاہر کرتے ہوئے راشٹریہ سویم سیوک سنگھ (آر ایس ایس) کے کردار، اس کے سماجی نظریات اور آئینی حیثیت سے متعلق کئی بنیادی سوالات اٹھائے ہیں۔

سماجی رابطے کی ویب سائٹ ایکس (سابقہ ٹوئٹر) پر جاری اپنے تفصیلی بیان میں پریانک کھڑگے نے کہا کہ رَمیش جیگاجیناگی نے ان سے سوال کیا ہے کہ ’’دلتوں کو آر ایس ایس سے کیا لینا دینا؟‘‘۔ کھڑگے کے مطابق یہ محض ایک سوال نہیں بلکہ کئی زاویوں سے غور و فکر کا متقاضی ہے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ کیا یہ سوال خود جیگاجیناگی کی اس مایوسی کا اظہار ہے کہ وہ دلت برادری سے تعلق رکھنے کے باوجود آر ایس ایس کے اعلیٰ حلقوں میں مکمل قبولیت حاصل نہیں کر سکے؟ یا پھر یہ دلتوں کے لیے ایک تنبیہ ہے کہ وہ ایسی تنظیم سے دور رہیں جو سماجی درجہ بندی اور طبقاتی تفریق پر مبنی نظام کی حامی سمجھی جاتی ہے؟

پریانک کھڑگے نے مزید سوال اٹھایا کہ کیا ان کے دلت ہونے کی وجہ سے انہیں آر ایس ایس سے سوال پوچھنے کا حق نہیں؟ یا یہ تاثر دیا جا رہا ہے کہ دلت برادری کسی ایسی طاقتور تنظیم کو آئین کے دائرے میں لانے کی صلاحیت نہیں رکھتی؟

’’آر ایس ایس سے ٹکر لینے والا زندہ نہیں بچتا‘‘

وزیرِ داخلہ نے بی جے پی رکنِ پارلیمان کے اس بیان پر بھی شدید اعتراض کیا جس میں کہا گیا تھا کہ ’’جس نے بھی آر ایس ایس سے ٹکر لی، وہ بچ نہیں سکا‘‘۔

کھڑگے نے سوال کیا کہ آیا یہ بیان خوف کی عکاسی کرتا ہے یا انہیں ڈرانے دھمکانے کی کوشش ہے؟ انہوں نے پوچھا کہ اس جملے کا اصل مطلب کیا ہے؟ کیا آر ایس ایس ایک ایسی تنظیم ہے جس سے لوگ خوفزدہ رہتے ہیں؟ کیا یہ اختلافِ رائے رکھنے والوں کی آواز دبانے کی علامت ہے؟

امبیڈکر اور آئین کا حوالہ

اپنے بیان کے اختتام پر پریانک کھڑگے نے کہا کہ وہ باباصاحب B. R. Ambedkar کے نظریات کے پیروکار ہیں اور سوال اٹھانے کی جرات اور اپنے مؤقف پر قائم رہنے کی طاقت انہیں انہی کی تعلیمات سے حاصل ہوئی ہے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ جو لوگ واقعی باباصاحب امبیڈکر کے افکار پر یقین رکھتے ہیں وہ خوف کو نہیں جانتے۔ ان کے بقول وہ ہندوستانی آئین کے تحفظ میں کھڑے ہیں، اس لیے ایسی تنظیم سے خوفزدہ ہونے کی کوئی وجہ نہیں جسے آئینی حیثیت حاصل نہیں۔

پریانک کھڑگے نے مزید کہا کہ انہیں دھمکیوں یا خوف سے نہیں بلکہ صرف اخلاقی گراوٹ سے ڈر لگتا ہے، کیونکہ ان کی رہنمائی ڈاکٹر امبیڈکر کی فکر اور ہندوستانی آئین کے اصول کرتے ہیں۔

سیاسی اہمیت

پریانک کھڑگے اور رَمیش جیگاجیناگی کے درمیان یہ لفظی جنگ ایسے وقت میں سامنے آئی ہے جب ملک میں دلت سیاست، سماجی انصاف، آئینی اقدار اور آر ایس ایس کے کردار پر بحث دوبارہ شدت اختیار کر رہی ہے۔ مبصرین کے مطابق یہ تنازعہ صرف دو رہنماؤں کے درمیان اختلاف نہیں بلکہ ہندوستان کی سماجی و سیاسی سمت سے متعلق ایک بڑی نظریاتی کشمکش کی عکاسی کرتا ہے۔

Bengaluru: Karnataka Home Minister and senior Congress leader Priyank Kharge has strongly responded to remarks made by BJP Member of Parliament Ramesh Jigajinagi, raising a series of questions about the role of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), its social philosophy, and its relationship with constitutional values.

Invoking the legacy of B. R. Ambedkar, Kharge declared that his courage to question authority and defend his convictions came from Ambedkar’s teachings.

He stated that those who genuinely follow Ambedkar’s ideals do not live in fear. Standing under the protection of the Constitution, he said, he had no reason to fear an organization that does not possess constitutional recognition.

Kharge added that he fears only a decline in morality, not threats or intimidation, because his political and moral compass is guided by the values of Dr. Ambedkar and the Indian Constitution.
